Hello @Brandon,
I am disclosing that I have a paid conflict of interest regarding this article and will not edit the page directly. I am therefore proposing the following wording adjustments for review.
In reviewing the cited Reuters and RSF sources, I noticed that some instances use phrasing such as “criminal investigations” in a way that may imply active proceedings, whereas the sources describe past reviews or inquiries that were closed without charges.
