Boynamedsue, please undo your draftification of the article. It is really not helpful. I can not disagree more with your statement "I do not think it is ready for publishing as a live article at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability". I've checked every reference on the page, and I disagree. The only source I haven't been able to fully access is Economic Vulnerability in Boliva, and none of them give significant coverage to a specific period of economic crisis 1982-1985. As it stands you have sent it back for re-review, I will nominate for deletion in a few days if the sourcing doesn't improve/or another reviewer doesn't approve it.Boynamedsue (talk) 03:54, 31 March 2026 (UTC)

I would say you are misunderstanding Wikipedia policy. Wikipedia:Notability#significant_coverage reads: "Significant coverage is more than a trivial mention, but it does not need to be the main topic of the source material.". What you are telling is also a bit contradictory as you in one sentence suggest "that this article should form part of a larger article on Bolivian economic history" and in the other that it lacks significance (according to your views) due to the sourcing, but but mergin does not change the sourcing. Your recent editing history at 1982–1985 Bolivian economic crisis shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. This means that you are repeatedly changing a page's content back to how you believe it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree with your changes. Please stop editing the page and use the talk page to work toward creating a version of the page that represents consensus among the editors involved. Wikipedia provides a page explaining how this is accomplished. If discussions reach an impasse, you can request help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution such as a third opinion. In some cases, you may wish to request page protection while a discussion to resolve the dispute is ongoing.

If you continue edit warring, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, or whether it involves the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also, please keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule— if things indicate that you intend to continue reverting content on the page.
