Welcome!
Hello, Rajivg80, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.
I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.
To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, which will be reviewed by other editors. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.
One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)
In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions; however, it appears you may have written a draft for a Wikipedia article about yourself, at Draft:Rajiv Jha (neurosurgeon). Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – please see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Notable people who have edited Wikipedia). If you wish to add to or change an existing article about yourself, you are welcome to propose the changes by visiting the article's talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was the page I created deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss this with the deleting administrator. Thank you. - Thank you for your message and for taking the time to review the draft. I understand the concern regarding autobiographies on Wikipedia. However, I would like to clarify that I am not the subject of the article. The draft I created — [Draft:Rajiv Jha (neurosurgeon)] — is about Professor Dr. Rajiv Jha, a distinguished neurosurgeon who has made significant contributions to the field of medicine in Nepal.
- My intention was to create a well-sourced, neutral, and encyclopedic article based on verifiable and publicly available information, including coverage from reputable news sources and institutional references. I acknowledge Wikipedia's policies on conflict of interest and notability, and I’ve taken care to follow these guidelines while drafting the article.
- If there are specific areas where the draft needs improvement to better align with Wikipedia standards, I welcome your feedback and would be happy to revise it accordingly.
- Thank you again for your guidance. Rajivg80 (talk) 13:53, 11 June 2025 (UTC)
Your submission at Articles for creation: Rajiv Jha (neurosurgeon) (June 12)

- Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate your concerns and would like to clarify a few points to support the article’s alignment with Wikipedia's notability guidelines:
- 1. Independent Reliable Sources:
- The article cites multiple independent and reliable sources, including:

- NepalHealthPress – covers his achievement of the FRCS (Ed.) honor.

- Performed over 18,000 brain surgeries and introduced Deep Brain Stimulation technology in Nepal.

- 3. Neutral Tone and COI Awareness:
- I understand the importance of neutrality and conflict-of-interest guidelines. The article has been written in a fact-based, non-promotional tone, with citations verifying each statement. If necessary, I am open to involving uninvolved editors for copyediting or further neutralizing the content.
- Please let me know if there are specific areas that need improvement or further references. I’d be grateful for constructive guidance to ensure the article meets Wikipedia's standards. Rajivg80 (talk) 08:11, 18 June 2025 (UTC)
