Thanks for your work so far, however this was worded somewhere between an essay and a drinks recipe. Articles in Wikipedia need to be written in the style of an encyclopedia. It may easier to look at another similar drink to see how to project this. Or the couple of sentences in the Rhus typhina article.
The sources are bare links, it's better if they get given more citation information, see WP:REFB.
