TRAZOS is a Spanish educational institution based in Madrid, and I was trying to create a Wikipedia entry linked to our existing Wikidata item (https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q139557090). I understand now that the English Wikipedia requires all communication and content in English.

Could you please advise me on the best path forward? Specifically:

1. Should I create the article on the Spanish Wikipedia (es.wikipedia.org) instead, since the institution operates primarily in Spanish?
2. Is it acceptable to have the article on both the Spanish and English Wikipedias, with the English version properly translated?

Thank you for the guidance. You are right, and I apologize for the confusion. TRAZOS is a Spanish institution, so I will move my work to the Spanish Wikipedia (es.wikipedia.org), which is the appropriate place. The Wikidata item Q139557090 will remain available to link any future translations if the article eventually qualifies for the English Wikipedia as well. Thanks again for your patience.
