I was not aware that this required conflict of interest disclosure or that my username was against policy. Going forward I commit to: disclosing my conflict of interest on my user page per WP:PAID, submitting any article creation through the Articles for Creation process rather than editing directly, writing in a neutral encyclopedic tone, and only using properly independent reliable sources. I am not trying to promote a business — I am trying to create a legitimate encyclopedic article about a notable medical professional with published peer-reviewed research.
