Suggestion & help
Hi there.
I know you have edited England & the United Kingdom a lot and know you are good with edits.
I would like to ask if you could help sort out England's Tiers of Governance section. The whole segment is quite frankly a bit of a mess and looks untidy nor is it written in Wikipedian tone. The map looks out of place as well and I'm surprised it was never reverted or changed.
Not to mention it's in the wrong section. It should be under politics not law. ~2026-38676-06 (talk) 00:41, 8 July 2026 (UTC)
- Thanks for your message. Although the page is WP:semi-protected, it is still worth you putting your suggestion on Talk:England where many more editors will see it and hopefully respond. I don't know much about law or governance, but will have a look and see whether I can make any useful changes. Tony Holkham (Talk) 07:58, 8 July 2026 (UTC)
- @~2026-38676-06 - I've made a couple of positional changes which seemed logical, but don't have the political knowledge to go deeper, but someone else may take it up. I'm not sure what you are saying about the map, though, as it seems recent. Tony Holkham (Talk) 08:23, 8 July 2026 (UTC)

Articles for Creation backlog drive

Hello Tony Holkham:
WikiProject Articles for creation is holding a month long Backlog Drive in August!
The goal of this drive is to reduce the backlog of unreviewed drafts to less than a month of outstanding reviews from the current 3+ months. Bonus points will be given for reviewing drafts that have been waiting more than 30 days. The drive is running from 1 August 2026 through 31 August 2026.
You may find Category:AfC pending submissions by age or other categories and sorting helpful.
Barnstars will be given out as awards at the end of the drive.
There is a backlog of over 5000 pages, so start reviewing drafts. We're looking forward to your help! MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:38, 19 July 2026 (UTC)
