While the references of the individual schools are valid, none of them refer to the group as the "Knowledge Eagle Universities". The few hits I can find with a google search don't appear that useful and one of them (https://cms-cdn.e.gov.ph/DICT/pdf/Cabanatuan-Digital-City-Roadmap_compressed.pdf ) talks about there being five universities in the group. A good reference for the grouping *as* the knowledge Eagle Universities is needed.
