Your submission at Articles for creation: Mykola Zentsev (December 1)

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reasons left by Smallangryplanet were:
The content of this submission includes material that does not meet Wikipedia's minimum standard for inline citations. Please cite your sources using footnotes. For instructions on how to do this, please see Referencing for beginners. Thank you.
This submission appears to read more like a résumé than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, that provide secondary analysis of the subject's life in context. In contrast, résumés will tend to list individual accomplishments and rely on self-published sources, which might unduly focus on positive events and fail to properly balance their weight. Please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies by using independent, reliable sources.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

Hello Smallangryplanet,
Thank you for reviewing my draft. I have carefully revised the article according to your comments, and I would be grateful if you could take another look at the submission.
Here are the changes I have made:
Added inline citations – All key statements and biographical details are now supported by reliable sources using proper footnote formatting.
Rewrote sections that previously resembled a résumé – The tone has been changed to a neutral, encyclopedic style. I removed promotional language and restructured several paragraphs to provide balanced, context-based information.
Added independent, reliable secondary sources – These include media publications, government documents, and reputable news outlets. Self-published sources were removed or replaced where necessary.
Clarified organizational affiliations and roles – Each claim is now accompanied by a verifiable citation from an independent source.
Integrated new sourced information – I included additional third-party coverage to improve the article’s notability and ensure compliance with Wikipedia’s content policies.
I believe the draft now meets the requirements for verifiability, neutrality, and reliable sourcing.
Thank you in advance for your time and for considering another review.
Kind regards,

April 2026

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your recent edits to Mykola Zentsev when you modified the page, you introduced unknown parameters. Just because you specify |some_param=some_variable does not always mean that variable will display. The |some_param= must be defined in the template. You can look at the documentation for the template you are using but it is also helpful to use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and ensure that the values you have added are displaying correctly. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the page will look like without actually saving it. It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. Note I have likely fixed the error by now so check the history of the page to see how it was fixed. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance. Thank you. Mykola Zentsev moved to draftspace

Thanks for your contributions to Mykola Zentsev. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing as a live article at this time because it is promotional and reads like an advertisement, it consists of machine-generated text and it has too many errors of formatting. I have converted it to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 13:58, 16 April 2026 (UTC)

Hello, thank you for your review and feedback.
We have carefully addressed the issues you pointed out. The article has been revised to ensure a neutral, non-promotional tone, simplified wording, and improved formatting in line with Wikipedia guidelines. Unsupported or evaluative statements have been removed, and the structure has been adjusted for clarity and consistency. We have also corrected template parameters and verified that the content reflects only sourced, verifiable information.
We would appreciate it if you could take another look and consider the draft for publication.
Thank you for your time and assistance. Vb8888 (talk) 07:05, 20 April 2026 (UTC)

Draft declined
Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. Your draft submission to Articles for creation has been reviewed but not accepted at this time.
Feedback
The reviewer, ChrysGalley, left the following feedback:
This draft appears to be generated by a large language model (such as ChatGPT). You cannot use LLMs to generate article content.

LLM-generated pages with the below issues may be deleted without notice.

These tools are prone to specific issues that violate our policies:

  • hallucinations: they often invent false information and cite non-existent references.
  • unencyclopedic tone: they tend to be vague, promotional, or essay-like, rather than neutral and factual.
  • copyright issues: they may closely paraphrase existing text, leading to copyright violations.

Instead, only summarize in your own words a range of independent, reliable, published sources that discuss the subject.

See the advice page on large language models for more information.

Thank you for the review, ChrysGalley. I understand the concern regarding LLM-generated content and take it seriously.
I want to clarify that the article has been substantially rewritten by hand. The current version addresses the specific issues raised:
  • Hallucinations / unsourced claims: every factual claim in the article is supported by a cited, verifiable source — including The Guardian, CNN, France 24, Ukrinform, and Hubs.ua. No references were invented.
  • Unencyclopedic tone: the text has been revised to remove vague, promotional, or essay-like language. It follows a neutral, factual register consistent with Wikipedia's neutrality policy.
  • Copyright: the content is an original summary of the cited sources, not a paraphrase of any single text.
I acknowledge that an earlier version of this draft may have had stylistic patterns associated with LLM output. That version has been replaced. The current text was edited manually to correct those issues.
I would ask that the draft be reviewed again on its merits. If there are specific sentences or sections that still appear problematic, I am happy to revise them further.
Thank you for your time. Vb8888 (talk) 07:33, 20 April 2026 (UTC)
@Vb8888 that reply looks to be LLM too, so I don't have much confidence about this. But as a general rule I prefer to let another set of eyes go over a review in order to give you, the submitting editor, another perspective on your draft. Just send it in again via Resubmit, that's totally fine by me. ChrysGalley (talk) 07:47, 20 April 2026 (UTC)
Thank you very much for your feedback and for taking the time to review the submission.
Regarding your concern about LLM-generated content — I understand it and I appreciate the caution. For context, there is already an existing Ukrainian Wikipedia article on this subject (linked below). My intention was to translate and adapt it for this version, rather than generate entirely new content.
https://uk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Зенцев_Микола_Миколайович
However, I realize that a direct translation may not fully meet your expectations in terms of sourcing, style, or editorial independence. I will therefore revise the draft to better align with the required standards, strengthen the sourcing, and ensure it reads more naturally and verifiably.
I will resubmit the updated version shortly. Thank you again for the guidance. Vb8888 (talk) 08:37, 20 April 2026 (UTC)
