Welcome!
Hello, Ascent HR, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.
I noticed that one of the first articles you edited was Human resource management, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a 2=conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.
To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or another editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.
One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)
In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

Speedy deletion of Draft:Ascent HR Technologies

If this was the first article that you created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
The page Draft:Ascent HR Technologies has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seemed to be unambiguous advertising which only promoted a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to have been fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
Please do not recreate the material without addressing these concerns, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If you think this page should not have been deleted for this reason, or you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. If you intend to make useful contributions instead of promoting your business or organization, you may request unblock and a username change. In your reasons, you must follow all these steps:
- Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the paid-contribution disclosure requirement; and
- Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked; and
- Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked; and
- Provide a new username.
To do this, insert the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with your new username and replace the text "Your reason here" with your reasons to be unblocked. If you are having trouble, you may want to try using the unblock wizard.
Before requesting a new username, check if it is still available. If the search says "There is no global account for [username]", the username is free to use.
Appeals: If, after reviewing the guide to appealing blocks, you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it by adding the text{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the edit. DoubleGrazing (talk) 11:44, 5 February 2026 (UTC)

Requested username:
Request reason:
I understand that my previous draft submission was considered promotional and that my username gives the impression of representing an organization. I apologize for this.
I am associated with Ascent HR Technologies and therefore have a conflict of interest. I will follow Wikipedia’s COI and neutral point of view guidelines going forward and will avoid promotional language.
If unblocked, I intend to work through the Articles for Creation process and request independent review rather than publishing directly. I also plan to make constructive, policy-compliant contributions.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

Requested username:
Request reason:Hello, Apologies, I am new here and have tried my best in going through all the wikipedia rules and regulations, especially for article creation, username policy, and disclosure compliances. I now completely understand the reasons behind why my article was declined and my account was blocked. The article being promotional and my username giving an impression that the account represents a business and just disclosing a conflict of interest is not enough.
I must first request for a change in my username, making sure it does not seem to represent the business.
I want to disclose once again that I am an employee of Ascent HR Technologies and have a conflict of interest. I apologise once again for not handling this correctly.
I will follow Wikipedia’s rules and regulations, conflict of interest, and write article in a non-promotional way, state only encyclopedic facts, and maintain neutral point of view. The sources referenced must be strictly non-promotional, independent, reliable, and in-depth.
I will also not publish any article directly. I will first seek feedback from communities like Teahouse or the Articles for Creation helpdesk, and if all is good, then submit a draft for review through the Articles for Creation process. I do not intend to publish anything without Wikipedia’s full approval.
To be compliant and not appear to be representing an organisation, I kindly request for a username change to ‘VineethKumarG’.
Thank you very much for your patience and hope you consider my request.
Administrators should consider discussing any unblock with the blocking administrator (see the blocking policy).
If you ask the blocking administrator to comment on this request, please replace this template with the following:

- (Non-administrator comment) I encourage you to read WP:BOSS and show it to your boss. Please note that the vast majority of companies do not meet Wikipedia's inclusion criteria (found at WP:NCORP); they need significant coverage in reliable, independent, secondary sources—things like minor mentions or press releases do not count. Are there other topics you might like to edit about? GoldRomean (talk) 16:29, 16 March 2026 (UTC)
