Your submission at Articles for creation: Yurii Shulipa (January 18)

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Lynch44 was:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit it after they have been resolved.

Your submission at Articles for creation: Yurii Shulipa (February 27)

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reasons left by Pythoncoder were:
Your draft shows signs of having been generated by a large language model, such as ChatGPT. Wikipedia guidelines prohibit the use of LLMs to write articles from scratch. In addition, LLM-generated articles usually have multiple quality issues, to include:
Please address these issues. The best way is usually to read reliable sources and summarize them, instead of using a large language model. See our help page on large language models.
This submission does not appear to be written in the formal tone expected of an encyclopedia article. Entries should be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources. Please rewrite your submission in a more encyclopedic format. Please make sure to avoid peacock terms that promote the subject.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit it after they have been resolved.

Thank you for the guidance. I have completely overhauled the draft to eliminate promotional tone. I replaced self-sourced links with independent secondary sources (Euromaidan Press, Paul Goble, Hudson Institute). I have also added objective information regarding the legal status of the subject's books (official court bans in Russia), which confirms the international impact and notability of his work (WP:GNG). I have updated the draft with high-quality independent sources to address the concerns about notability and primary sourcing. The article now includes citations from Euromaidan Press and RBC Ukraine, providing neutral coverage of the subject's expert work. Most significantly, I have added a reference to an official Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Russia) report from September 2024, which specifically notes Shulipa's activities. This official state-level recognition, combined with the judicial bans of his books, demonstrates clear international notability (WP:GNG) and impact beyond self-promotion.
