COI concern
Hi there,
By your username I suspect you are editing on behalf of the Voluntary Agency Network of Korea. Your recent edit, labeling DPRK as fascist, on the basis of WP:UGC struck me with some concern as, considering your organization's status as an advocacy group I would recommend you review WP:COI and, when you are editing pages that are associated with your organizational mission or, especially, pages related to your organization please limit yourself to edit requests at the associated article talk page. Thank you in advance. Simonm223 (talk) 17:49, 31 July 2025 (UTC)
- Understood. I am Korean American rather than South/North Korean so I did not consider my self to have an informal "conflict of interest", and VANK does not explicitly take any pro-/anti- North Korean stance. HOWEVER I understand your concern and will read the relevant articles and limit myself to talk pages. ALso I've requested username change to clarify I am not the official account of VANK.
- Best regards, VoluntaryAgencyNetworkOfKorea (talk) 18:08, 31 July 2025 (UTC)

- You are right. I am not the official account of VANK but rather a person there. Apologies for not reading the policy before. I have requested rename, VoluntaryAgencyNetworkOfKorea (talk) 18:01, 31 July 2025 (UTC)
