The tool we use only has the main title in the list so does not have alternate titles like Template:R without diacritics (which redirects to Template:R to diacritic). Go to the page histories of any pages that existed on April 1, 2003 or earlier and find edits that are nonsensical or deliberately humorous. Here's a god place to start: Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (Its the main page on April 1, 2003. You added a reference called "IGN: Q&A" but there is no named reference called that. You will either need to name the citation correctly or add in the appropriate reference (likely using {{cite web}} or similar) and name it "IGN: Q&A".
