The Verdun Natatorium is an Art Deco natatorium in Verdun, Quebec.
The first outdoor swimming pool in the Montreal area, the facility was built in 1939–1940 with the assistance of the Quebec provincial government.[1] The Verdun Guardian newspaper reported on the official opening on July 12, 1940 and inaugurated by Johnny Weissmuller, with the pool hosting the 1940 Dominion Swimming and Diving Championships, shortly afterward.[2]
