Vertigo lilljeborgi is a species of small land snail, a terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusk or micromollusk in the family Vertiginidae, the whorl snails.[2]

The type locality for this species is on the southern shore of Tresjön Lake, near Ronneby, Blekinge province, in Sweden.[3]
