Vesanto is a municipality of Finland. It is located in the North Savo region. The municipality has a population of 1,828 (30 June 2025)[2] and covers an area of 569.80 square kilometres (220.00 sq mi) of which 147.1 km2 (56.8 sq mi), or 26%, is water.[1] The population density is 4.33 inhabitants per square kilometre (11.2/sq mi).
