Howard Victor Keen (March 16, 1899 – December 10, 1976) was an American professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Philadelphia Athletics, Chicago Cubs, and St. Louis Cardinals.
H. Victor Keen was born in Bethesda, Maryland, to Mollie (née Coale) and Howard O. Keen.[1] He graduated from the University of Maryland and was a member of Sigma Phi Kappa fraternity.[1]
Career
Keen pitched Chicago Cubs and St. Louis Cardinals. He was with the Cardinals in the 1926 World Series.[1]
