Victor Hopkins (July 19, 1904 December 8, 1969) was an American cyclist.[1] He was raised at the Iowa Soldiers' Orphans' Home in Davenport, Iowa.[2] He competed in two events at the 1924 Summer Olympics.[3] He had qualified for the 1924 Olympics by finishing first in a race in Patterson, N.J.[2] He also won the US Pro Championship in 1926.[3]
