Victoria Helps

Victoria Helps is an Australian trade unionist and former politician who served as a member of the Western Australian Legislative Council representing the South Metropolitan Region. A member of the Labor Party, Helps was elected to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Stephen Pratt.[1][2]
