Vincent Mwale (born 5 December 1978) is a Zambian politician who served in the cabinet under President Edgar Lungu. He represented Chipangali Constituency in the National Assembly of Zambia from 2006 to 2021. Appointed as Minister of Local Government and Rural Development in September 2016, he later served as Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development from 2019 to 2021.[1]
