Vladimir Kemenov

Vladimir Semyonovich Kemenov (Russian: Владимир Семёнович Кеменов; 2 June 1908 – 14 June 1988) was a Soviet art historian and statesman who was Director of the State Tretyakov Gallery, headed the VOKS for the USSR in the 1940s, was Deputy Minister of Culture in 1954-1956 and vice-president of the Academy of Arts in 1966-1988.[1][2][3][4]
