Volga State University of Technology (formerly Mari State Technical University) (Russian: ÐовоÌлжÑкий гоÑÑдаÌÑÑÑвеннÑй ÑÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸ÌÑеÑкий ÑнивеÑÑиÑеÌÑ), previously known as MarSTU (Russian: ÐаÑÐТУ), is the first technical, and one of the first institutions of higher education in the republic of Mari El.
