Wang Zhao (politician)

Wang Zhao (Chinese: 王昭; 1917–1970) was a Chinese political figure active during the early People's Republic. An active member of the Chinese Communist Party and a general in the People's Liberation Army, he served as governor of Qinghai in the 1960s.[1][2]
Wang was born in Tianjing Village, Pingshan County, Hebei Province.[2] He joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in 1932.[2]
