Wangzhihe (Chinese: 王致和), or Beijing Ershang Wangzhihe Food Co. Ltd. (Chinese: 北京二商王致和食品有限公司) is a Chinese brand and company mainly engaged in the production of culinary condiments.[1] The company was first founded in 1669 and is one of the China time-honored brands. It is also one of the oldest companies in China. The name Wangzhihe has become synonymous with fermented bean curd in Beijing.[2]
