Wayne Lee (born October 20, 1959) is a Canadian former professional football slotback who played five seasons for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was originally signed by the Ottawa Rough Riders as an undrafted free agent in 1982 but did not play.

Lee was born on October 20, 1959, in Toronto. He went to Pleasant Corners Public School for a year, Vancleek Hill Collegiate Institute for a few years, and Glengarry High School before going to college.[1] He went to two colleges, University of New Brunswick and University of Ottawa.[1] He spent 1979 to 1980 with New Brunswick, and 1981 to 1982 with Ottawa, playing for their football team, the Ottawa Gee-Gees.[2]
