Wen Xisen (Chinese: 温熙森; born March 1945) is a lieutenant general (zhongjiang) of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) who served as president of the National University of Defense Technology from 1996 to 2008.[1] He was an alternate of the 16th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.[1] He was a member of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
