Similarly to the video game Gloomy Juncture created by the developer, I do not believe that Rodrigues himself passes WP:NARTIST or WP:NBIO more generally. There is a decent possibility he may be notable in the future with multiple notable video games under his belt, but right now he is only known as the developer of a yet to be released indie title of unclear notability.
