WP:NSPORTS doesn't address sports leagues, so I'm not sure what criteria you're claiming it doesn't meet.

I agree with Powers, the league is in its early stages with the season beginning in January. Many of the teams ie. Albany Patroons, Yakima Sun Kings competed in the CBA a notable league, played in major sports markets etc. The league's president Dave Magley was the commissioner of the NBL Canada and the coaches are former NBA players. • Agree with Power-enwiki as well. Keep the league, but seems reasonable to wait until the team starts to generate significant press before creating. It's not a top-level team so there is no guarantee it will get significant coverage at all. Rikster2 (talk) 13:50, 2 November 2017 (UTC)

• Comment: editors should probably also have a look at other new pages involved with this league: Kansas City NAPB team, Rising Star Sports Ranch (a resort where the Mesquite team plan to play in their on-site recreation facilities with only local coverage), Kentucky Thoroughbreds (another new NAPB team), and Seattle Knights (basketball) (another new NAPB team).   I've redirected the Kansas City one to the league as premature. The named teams are/probably will be notable, or if not should be redirected to the league page instead of being deleted, and the Rising Star Sports Ranch looks like it just squeaks past GNG, but squeak past it does.
