This article was BLARed in 2025 by User:Sutyarashi with the rationale "Repeated vandalism and little to nothing is known about him from RS sources. Converting into redirect." But he seems to be potentially notable to me, and there are sources in the article. Bringing to AfD for a full discussion. Natg 19 (talk) 01:31, 23 June 2026 (UTC)

- Delete I ran searches in both English and Urdu (Urdu searches often bring results in Persian/Arabic as well), and unfortunately, there's nothing to substantiate notability for this person. Just because notable people descend through this person, doesn't establish individual notability. - The only thing we have is that Khokhars attribute their origin to Qutb Shah. See this and this. Martial races of undivided India also gives some account of this person, but overall I think there's scarcity of information in general. - Delete: There's zero evidence regarding such a character existing other than being a claimed ancestor of Awan tribe. The sole source provided by Jahaza is not reliable and insufficient for establishing notability. Sutyarashi (talk) 20:16, 30 June 2026 (UTC)
- You need to say why it's not reliable. Is it not an accurate transcription of the sources it itself cites? Because for notability, citation in ancient sources is sufficient regardless of whether someone actually existed. Jahaza (talk) 23:23, 1 July 2026 (UTC)
