If there is a problem and nobody is doing anything about it; step up; do what is necessary. Just as it is appropriate to be bold when editing articles, it is also appropriate to do what is needed when dealing with a developing situation. Be cautious about jumping in too quickly; discuss proposed actions with other users; but, in the end, be brave enough to do what needs to be done.
