Wikipedians aren't islands unto themselves. Whether an editor is new, a regular, an administrator, or Jimbo they aren't all separated by a vast ocean where each island has its own population, culture, and language, so don't treat each other like it. Instead, treat each other like friendly neighbours, we're all on the same island.
