• The selection of articles will be based on the SOS Children's Village Aim is to release an English Wikipedia CD that contain a selected number of articles.
• Primary focus is on school & college students in India.
• Will contain:
  • a balanced core of international & national articles (approx half of the compilation)
  • reinforced with a set of national articles (approx half of the compilation)
• The Articles need to have more relevance from the perspective of India.

1. Set up the framework for the WikiProject.  Done
2. Select articles for OWIS-FULL, subject-wise. -Open now for six subjects.
3. Create table & inspect each article carefully for tags, issues and work needed, subject-wise.
4. Sort out all the article problems, subject-wise.
5. Submit to a jury for proposed changes eg maps, deletion of inappropriate material etc.
6. Hand over to tech team which takes articles and compiles them into an offline Wikipedia.
7. While OWIS-FULL is being prepared, each subject set once completed will be released separately to the environment.
