William Stewart (athlete)

Stewart finished third in the 100 yards event at the British 1911 AAA Championships^[3][4] and returned to compete in the 1912 AAA Championships, where he finished third behind South African George Patching.^[5][6]

Shortly after the 1912 AAA Championships, Stewart competed in the men's 100 metres at the 1912 Summer Olympics.^[7]

Stewart once again competed in the British AAA Championships and finished third behind Willie Applegarth in the 100 yards event at the 1913 AAA Championships.^[8][9]
