William Woestendiek

William John Woestendiek (March 14, 1924 – January 16, 2015)[1] was an American editor and journalist. A native of Newark, New Jersey, he began his journalism career at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, North Carolina.[2] He served in the United States Army during World War II and in the Korean War.[1]
