Willow Springs Township is a township in Douglas County, Kansas, United States. As of the 2020 census, its population was 1,517.

History
Willow Springs Township was formed in 1856.[1] It was named after a small watering stop along the Santa Fe Trail.
Geography
Willow Springs Township covers an area of 54.55 square miles (141.3 km2) and contains no incorporated settlements. According to the USGS, it contains four cemeteries: Bethel, Flory, Sutton and Worden.
The stream of Chicken Creek runs through this township.
