Fernando Wilson dos Santos (died November 1991)[1][2] served as the representative of the National Union for the Total Independence of Angola (UNITA), a Freedom fighter group in Angola, to Portugal.[3] His brother-in-law, Tito Chingunji, served as Foreign Secretary of UNITA, the principal rebel group that fought against the dos Santos government in Angola's civil war.[4] He studied law at the University of Lisbon and the University of Coimbra in the late 1960s, and later at the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva.[5]
