The World Humanoid Robot Games is a competition featuring humanoid robots. It was first held in Beijing in August 2025.

The 2025 World Humanoid Robot Games (Chinese: 2025世界人形机器人运动会) was held in Beijing in August 2025. 280 teams competed with more than 500 humanoid robots in 26 events including boxing, football, cleaning, and sorting medicines.[2][3][4]
The 2nd edition will be held from 22 to 26 August 2026.[5] 2,056 robots from 666 teams will compete in 51 event: 30 competitive (soccer, athletics, dance, table tennis) and 21 scenario-based events, simulating household and hotel services, industrial tasks, firefighting and rescue etc.[6] According to the organizer's claims, 400m, 1,500m, and 4×100m relay events have become “fully autonomous” categories, requiring robots to run without remote control.[6]
