Wrotkowo [vrɔtˈkɔvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Gołdap, within Gołdap County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland; it is close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[1]
