Xerophaeus lunulifer is a species of spider in the family Gnaphosidae.[2] It is endemic to South Africa and is commonly known as the Umhlali mouse ground spider.[3]
Xerophaeus lunulifer is recorded from four South African provinces: the Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, and Western Cape.[3]
