Xi Jinping Thought on Party Building

General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Thoughts on Party Building was during the National Organizational Work Conference in June 2023, focusing on "what kind of long-term ruling Marxist party to build and how to build such a party". It was summarized to the thirteen adherences.^[1] Xi Jinping Thought on Party Building was put forward at the National Conference on Party building on 15 June 2026. The meeting was chaired by Politburo Standing Committee member Cai Qi and was also attended by Li Xi.^[2]

According to the Xinhua News Agency, the doctrine is summarized in the "14 upholds", namely "upholding:"^[3][4]
