The Xiaomi SkyNomad N90 (Chinese: 小米澎程N90; pinyin: Xiǎomǐ Péngchéng N90) is a range-extended electric full-size SUV to be manufactured by Xiaomi Auto.

It is the first model under the SkyNomad (澎程; Péngchéng) product line and the first Xiaomi Auto vehicle to use a range-extended powertrain.
Overview
SkyNomad is Xiaomi Auto's second product series, positioned around the concept of "intelligent, reconfigurable, large-space SUVs"[1], distinct from the core Xiaomi Auto SU-series and YU-series models. The vehicle was developed under the internal project name Kunlun, which shares its name with the Kunlun Architecture platform on which it is built.
The SkyNomad N90 was officially named on 10 July 2026 alongside the release of the first official images. The English brand name "SkyNomad" is rendered in Chinese as Péngchéng (澎程) and appears as a wordmark on the front fascia of the production vehicle.[2]
Design
Exterior
The N90 adopts a design language consistent with Xiaomi Auto's existing SU7 and YU7 models. The front end features Xiaomi's signature "Mi"-shaped LED light signature integrated with the front grille, forming a continuous panel bearing the "SkyNomad" wordmark. The front apron incorporates triangular ventilation openings on each side flanking a large trapezoidal central air intake. A lidar unit is mounted on the roof, and sensing hardware is integrated into the front fenders. The prominent front and rear fender flares create a wide-body visual stance. Door handles use a semi-concealed design with a mechanical structure compliant with China's updated vehicle safety regulations, and exterior mirrors use the same floating-mount design as the SU7 and YU7. The rear features a distinctive circular tail-light design. An optional high-roof variant with an integrated rooftop tent structure has been referenced, further reinforcing the model's "free large-space" positioning.[2]
Interior
The N90 is offered in five-seat and seven-seat configurations. The seven-seat interior features a completely flat floor and a longitudinal rail system running the full length of the cabin. The two front seats are capable of 180-degree rotation, and second-row seats are of the zero-gravity recline type. Multiple table configurations are supported: a table can be mounted to the rail with an adjustable surface angle, or to a rearward-sliding central island console. A ceiling-mounted display is fitted, understood to be repositionable along a front-to-rear track. Third-row occupants can optionally install a tablet on the rear face of the front-row seatbacks. An air conditioning vent is integrated into the B-pillar, and a secondary control panel is located on the rear of the central island console.
The dashboard uses a single centrally mounted floating infotainment screen, with storage space beneath. The front centre area between the two front seats is configured as an open walkthrough passage. With all seven seats occupied, a usable load area is reportedly retained in the boot.[2]
Powertrain
The N90 is powered by a 1.5-litre turbocharged four-cylinder range extender operating in series hybrid configuration — the first use of this architecture in a Xiaomi Auto production vehicle. The battery capacity is reported at between 70 and 80 kWh, with a claimed all-electric range of 400–500 kilometres (249–311 mi) on the CLTC standard and a combined range of 1,500 kilometres (932 mi), intended to address both urban electric-only commuting and long-distance travel without range anxiety. An output figure of approximately 400 horsepower (298 kW; 406 PS) has been cited in pre-production reports; all powertrain specifications remain unconfirmed by Xiaomi Auto.[citation needed]
