Aboor Abraham Ayaau Riak[2] (born June 26, 1999), known professionally as Yagga,[3] is a South Sudanese online streamer and content creator.[4] He was born in South Sudan but raised in Uganda and Kenya.[5][6]
Yagga was born on June 26, 1999 in Nimule, South Sudan.[7] He later moved and spent much of his early life in Uganda and Kenya, where he attended African Outreach Academy Primary School for his primary education and later studied at Lakeside College Luzira.[8]
Growing up between Uganda and Kenya exposed him to different cultures and communities in East Africa, which later influenced the style and audience of his online content.[9][10][11][12]
Career
Yagga became known in 2021 for his reaction and storytelling videos.[13][14] He has collaborated with brands like 1xBet, Club Uganda, Coca-Cola, and Magical Uganda.[8][15][16] His content is centered on skits, but over the years, his content includes more vlogs, challenges, and promotional content.[17][18]
Yagga began to get more mainstream attention after Jamaican singer Vybz Kartel followed him on Instagram[19][20] and has collaborated with fellow streamers and content creators like Peller and GehGeh[2]
