Yao Yinliang (Chinese: 姚引良; born July 1956) is a Chinese politician and academic who previously served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and Executive Vice Governor of Shaanxi. He also served as chairman of the Shaanxi Provincial Decision-making Advisory Committee. Earlier in his career, he held leading posts in Baoji and Yan'an, and served as vice governor of Shaanxi.[1]
