Zhang Wenbin (Chinese: 张文彬; March 1919 – 1 January 2013) was a Chinese Communist revolutionary and politician. He fought in the Second Sino-Japanese War and Chinese Civil War, and served as Political Commissar of the 57th Division of the People's Liberation Army. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, he worked in the oil industry and took leadership positions in oil fields in Xinjiang, Heilongjiang, and Shandong. He served as Vice Minister of the Petroleum Industry from 1965 to 1987.
