Zhou Pingjian From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Chinese ambassador to Nigeria Zhou Pingjian (Chinese: 周平剑; pinyin: Zhōu píngjiàn)[1] is the former Chinese ambassador to Nigeria.[2][3][4] Zhou was confirmed in 2016.
