Zhu Lifan (Chinese: 朱立凡; born December 1971) is a Chinese politician currently serving as Vice Chairman of the People's Government of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and Director of the Financial Affairs Office and Secretary of the Financial Work Committee of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Regional Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.[1][2]
