Álvaro Jorge Carter Fernández (born 9 October 1980) is a Chilean politician who serves as deputy.[3][4]
He was born in Santiago, on 9 October 1980. He is the son of Jorge Carter Caneo and Gloria Fernández Cruz, and the brother of Rodolfo Carter, former mayor of the commune of La Florida.[5]
He completed his primary and secondary education at Liceo Salesiano Camilo Ortúzar Montt, graduating in 1999.[5]
He holds a degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Nacional Andrés Bello.[5]
