Éternoz-Vallée-du-Lison (French pronunciation: [etɛʁno vale dy lizɔ̃], lit.'Éternoz-Lison Valley') is a commune in the Doubs department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region in eastern France. It was formed on 1 January 2025, with the merger of Éternoz and Saraz.[3]
