Körpe first achieved international prominence as a cadet athlete. In 2019, he won the gold medal in the −61 kg category at the European Cadet Taekwondo Championships in Marina d'Or, Spain.[2] He also competed at the 2019 World Cadet Championships in Tashkent.
Transitioning to youth and junior levels, he earned multiple medals at the Turkish Open, WT Presidents Cup Europe, and other international opens. Körpe won the gold medal at the 2022 WT Presidents Cup Europe in Durrës (−68 kg) and silver at the 2023 European Youth Championships in Tallinn (−63 kg). He also represented Turkey at the European U21 Championships in 2022 (Tirana) and 2024 (Sarajevo).
At senior level, he won gold at the 2023 Turkish Open (−68 kg), earned silver at the 2024 European Clubs Championships in Tirana (−74 kg), and claimed bronze at the 2025 Turkish Open in Antalya (−74 kg). He also competed at the 2025 World Taekwondo Championships in Wuxi.
Körpe represented Turkey at the 2025 Summer World University Games in Rhine–Ruhr, Germany, reaching the quarterfinals in the men's −74 kg category.[3]
At the 2025 World U21 Taekwondo Championships held in Nairobi, Kenya, Körpe advanced to the final of the men's −74 kg event. He finished as silver medallist after a close 2–1 loss to Radin Zeinali of Iran.[4]
