Ōita 3rd district (大分県第3区, Ōita-ken dai-sanku or simply 大分3区, Ōita-sanku ) is a single-member constituency of the House of Representatives in the national Diet of Japan located in Ōita Prefecture.
In the 2026 election, the incumbent, former Foreign Minister (Oct 2024–Oct 2025) Takeshi Iwaya; faced several conservative challengers, including activist Uryu Hirano, who criticized him for his alleged 'weak stance' on China.[2]
